VS2K5 Q: Setting WSE Properties

Sorry for asking a question about a Beta product here, but there
doesn't seem to be match group on the beta side. I'm used to using
the WSE Manager in VSN2K3 to work with the WSE, but what's the access
path in VS2K5? I'm not sure where to even start with this one (no
SoapExtension item in the item types, etc...)
