Unable to get the installer types in

Hi

I have created a setup project using VS 2003. I included a custom installer.
The setup installs perfectly on a development machine but not on any other
machine that just have the correct .Net framework installed. I receive the
following error message:

Unable to get the installer types in c\programfiles\appfolder\app.exe
assembly. -> One or more of the types in the assembly unable to load.

Any ideas what could cause this? I really need some Help.
