MDAC 2.6 does not include JET.4.O Oledb Driver

Ms says I need to install MDAC 2.6 or later to tun Data on my app, but this
MDAC does not include MS.JET.4.O Oledb Driver, It does not make sense to me.

So now I have to instal MDAC 2.5 and MDAC 2.6
