.NET remoting strange performance problem

Hi,
Recently we found some strange problem, - performance between client
and servers depends
on running Office Communicator 2007. When the Communicator is running
(even it Sign Out) all
the network oriented things works slow, especially .NET Remoting (2-3
times slower),
also simple ADODB Connection opening to Oracle takes ~30-40% more time
when
Office Communicator running.

Any ideas?
