Please recommend remoting consultant in Seattle area!

I don't know how appropriate it is to post this here, but I would appreciate
any recommendations or links to consultants in the Seattle area. They must
be very experienced in application development using dotnet remoting. My
particular app is an internet bidding tool that will let web users bid
against people at our live auctions. Both are written in C# using a SQL 2K
db.

I am looking to pay around $100 - $150 per hour and have the following
needs:

1. Simple code review ... application is small, but I am new to
programming, so I am looking for direction.
2. Suggestions for implementing Genuine Channels product to handle
encryption and security.
3. Suggestions for app delivery...right now it is a small windows form
bidder/client and admin tool.
4. Ideas for controling authentication (remoting log-in structure).
5. Up to 4 additional hours of paid tutoring on internet application
strategy.

I would appreciate any recommendations or ideas,

dave
