I would like to host my remote objects by IIS on port 80 with http
binary channel. but whenever i configure my channel to use binary
format (on server or client).. i get

Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)
is normally permitted

What is the desired configuration for http binary remoting through IIS
on port 80?
