Ecometry Problem: View File Functionality NOT Working Running in Vista

Does anyone know how to resolve the "View File" (Under Print Manager)
problem of this function not working, running in Vista? I have
Ecometry running under Vista and this aforementioned function does NOT
work properly. When I click on the "View File" button, there is no
response (and hence no file preview opening in Wordpad). This same
functionality works fine in Windows XP, but not in Vista. Can anyone
help?
