Add new memory and now Out of Memory

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Can anyone shed some light on why a web server running ASP.NET with 1GB of
memory works fine, but when I increase the memory to 2GB I constantly get
"Out-of-Memory" errors?

I'm stumped.
