using C# created usercontrol in vb

hi all,
I have created a user control in c#
which contains 4 panels each with text boxes.
with the tab click on the last textbox of a panel i have to show the next panel. User control is working properly in .net (frame work 2.0) but when i use it in VB
i am not able to get this functionality.
If any one knows about this query please answer.
