cmdprompt>>Regasm asmname.dll /tlb:asmname.tlb

cmdprompt>>Gacutil /i asmname.dll


I am getting the following error....


Failure adding Assembly to the Cache
Attempt to install an Assembly without
a Strong name..



Please provide solution to this..
