I don't know how Microsoft develppers and support engineers go about
identifying "eligible subscribers", but when you choose your tone and
attitude, I would recommend keeping in mind that at least 99% of the answers
come from the "peers in the community". We are not obligated under any
commitments you might feel MS has made to you.
