No, no. Questions posted to MSDN Managed Newsgroups by eligible subscribers
will be responded to by “a peer in the community, a Microsoft developer, or
support engineer ... within two business days”, or so goes the nice glossy
brochure in front of me. The fine print does mention that the service is
intended for “non-mission-critical questions” and that debugging of “lengthy
code” isn’t appropriate.
So, don’t you think my question deserves an answer?
