COM+ and EventHandler

I'm having problems with a COM+ object

When I try to make it fire an event raised by a ElapsedEventHandler, it
doesn't work, I believe that I'm missing something, but I don't know wath...

If someobody know of an example or a piece o code that make an object that
inherits from ServicedComponent to be able to rise events like the ones
produced by Events Handlers I would aprecciate it...
