Generally, the CAB files are not distributed separately. It's already
hard enough for people to get the right single MSI file without having to
worry about which processor type it's targeting, ARM, X86, EMULATOR, MIPS,
etc., as well as what platform, WM5, WM2003, Windows CE, etc. Install the
MSI file and check the registry in HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows CE
Services/AppMgr/Apps/[AppName] and see where the CAB files were placed.
There will probably be a list of processor types and several CAB files.
Since you didn't say which OS/platform you're targeting, I can't tell you
which one is right, but Windows Mobile devices are almost all running ARM
processors.

But what should i do, whwn i want to deploy a Application with
the Compapact Framwork in a single App like setup.exe ?
Maybe (SetupARM.Exe, SetupXY.exe)
