Voice recognition: TTS / STT

Has anyone built an app using voice recognition (text-to-speech /
speech-to-text)? Only needing to recognize a given set of terms -

We've written apps using microsoft's voice sdk, but have not yet ported it
to a windows mobile device. It doesn't appear that that particular SDK can
be.

I'm testing the waters to see if anyone has yet done such a WM app using
VS.NET, what SDKs you might have used, which worked, which didn't, etc.
