On holding the toolbar button for some time in Pocket PC

Hi All,
I have toolbar with one button.It has tool tip also.
On click of this button it wil open another form.
If I hold the button for sometime , it is opening the other
form but Tool bar also still exists.
It is happening on WM 5.0 and only if i have tool tip for
the button.Without toop tip it is working fine..
Is it comapct framework problem?
If anybody come out with some solution please help
me.
