Thanks for your help, sorry for my late answer.
Yes, I could debug on WM 2003 the same application.
Strangly enough, I made your second test (running by Ctrl-F5), and it
worked.
Then I retried to run with F5, and it now works!!
I don't understand the reason why it now works, but anyway the result
is here => many thanks!!
