which port should i open???

Hello
How can I get a handle for a line which i created in C#.



So my questions are
1. Is line.hline the way to get the call handle?
2. Which port should I open in making a CSD connection through my GSM
numbers?

I have created a cellular line and placed a call. Now i need to get the
handle for the call and then create a serial communication to complete
my task as suggested in one of the earlier topic i posted.
