Hi we're (thats www.opennetcf.org) are in the process of creating a
generic GPS library for the compact framework. (tested already on a
range of Pocket PC, Smarthpone and CE devices)
We already have most of the functionality to capture the NEMA data
from bluetooth, serial, usb attached GPS devices.
We raise events when movement is detected, position changes,
satellites change status etc...
