The developer download doesn't automatically update Visual Studio, but it
does give you all the individual cab files so you can overwrite the RTM
versions if you wish - you'll find them beneath:-
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\CompactFrameworkSDK\v1.0.5000\Windows CE
In folders for each version and cpu type.
