Joe...you do not HAVE to, but you SHOULD download the new PC2003SE SDK to
get the following:
1) The ability to generate code for the new 2003 SE operating system
2) The ability to run the 2003SE emulators which will let you build systems
to run in Portrait AND Landscape mode for 2003SE
3) There are additional features concerning high res VGA screens for Pocket
PCs which are only available, and probably half a dozen other features which
I don't personally use, but which you might!
