SQL CE RDA Pull method

Hi,

I am Using SQL CE RDA Pull method to read data from back end db to a mobile
device. I am getting this error message

"A secure socket layer (SSL) is required to access this site and the error n
umber is 28015".

How can I rsolve this error?
