Overall, I vote +1 for this being a charming and heartwarming new type of spam.
My vote is for a real question, as the two enumerated sentences don't strike me as the type that could have been generated automatically from your original post. Specifically, the words "pointer" and "integer" are used, and they don't even occur in your post.
