Re: Are there any issues with installing PHP along with ASP.NET?

Hi, Alan.

You might want to consider installing Phalanger.

http://www.codeplex.com/Phalanger/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=3375

With Phalanger, you can use PHP as a native .NET language,
just like you use C# and VB.NET.

I've made a few tests with it...and all has gone well.

It integrates nicely with VS 2005 SP1 (required).

I'm not an experienced PHP developer, so I can't
guarantee that *everything* will go well, but it's worth a try.

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 Server machine, running the latest IIS. I have been asked to add a Wordpress blog to a site, but
this is only available as a PHP. Are there any issues with installing PHP on the machine? Anything at all, like
stability, security, etc? Also, is it straightforward, or are there problems I will have to sort out?

Any comments welcome. TIA
