Not the correct place to post jobs - but that aside..........
Perhaps why you can't find any candidates is you are asking for significant
experience but don't know the questions to ask a developer to show he/she
has/has not got the experience you are after. If you've tested a lot of
people and "noone" is any good perhaps thats reflection on your sift process
and a sign that your test is not correctly aimed at the candidtes who are
passing your sift.....or perhaps your simply not attracting the right
candidates. I went to your web site and the first thing I noticed was the
mispelling of "Totenham" Court Road tube station on your contact page and
"Totenham" court road. Unprofessionalism is not something that attracts me
to a company and I expect dissuades many others of any calibre! Add that to
all the mistakes in this OT post and you can read between the lines as to
why your not attracting the correct people. Fix those simple issues and
your fortunes may change.
Its probably also insulting to candidates that you would expect experienced
candidates to take a 1 hour test and its a bit ridiculous that you expect an
application to contain so much information - no one of any calibre needs to
spend their time on what your asking to find work in London. Work out a
correct interviewing strategy and if you need to, buy in some expertise to
help you.
