Server Application Unavailable

I've had this same error in IIS with my applications. I first tried
giving EVERYONE access to the virtual directory and it worked. So i
decided to narrow it down. After much trials I eventually narrowed it
down to the NT AUTHORITY \ AUTHENTICATED USERS account and it worked
as expected.
