access/security to certain page.

I would like to control the access to a page.
Access is given buy a hyperlink so the client can implement this in his site
For instance
http://www.mysite.nl?customerid=1
Where customerid is the parameter what i would like to control
But i would like to have a solution where the link is not visible to other
persons,
so they can not use the same link to have access to the page
So the goal is to make a good solution where only authorized customers can
have access to this page?
