Configuration Error in Windows 2003.net Server

Dear all,

Im pulling my hair out on this one... I have recently purchased a new PC to
replace my existing server. My website, running on IIS6 was using ASP.net
pages sucessfully before I did the migration onto the new PC.

To cut a long story short, I keep on getting the error msg, "Configuration
Error... An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start
monitoring changes to '<directory name>'because access is denied"

No Relevant Source Lines....

Why is this, I have consulted many webpages but its all too confusing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
Paul.
