Refreshing a dropdown in another webform

Hello,

I am developing a C# asp.net application.

I have a page in which there is a dropdown of users. I have another popup
window in which i can add/update the users list.
After adding/updating users in my popup window, i would like to refresh the
dropdown in my parent page.

How can i do that?
