ASP.NET 2.0 IFrame dissappears in Master/Content page

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When I set an IFrame to width=100% and height=100% and it is inside of a
Content page (linked to the master page) it disappears from the Master
webpage, no frameborder, no nothing, just whitespace. Does anyone know why or
is there a workaround/fix?
