I should have added that the 4 downloads were for convenence's sake.
One SDK version; One Visual Studio version.
One download for each language ( VB.NET and C# ).
The SDK and VS versions are compatible.
It's just that the SDK version doesn't have the VS project files.
Many developers don't have Visual Studio,
but the SDK is freely downloadable by anyone.
