Re: Images not showing in Windows XP

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

hey kevin..
i have got two pages and on one page i have this image control and in
the source of that image i am calling another ASP.NET form which gets a
value from the session and gets the picture from the DB which is
ORACLE9i. Well this is just for information. the session is hadled good
i mean to say that the value is there in the session and it does form
the right query to be executed for the datareader. But the problem is
that when i try to view the application on Windows 2000 Machine then it
works fine and on windows XP it doesnt show the images just a small
cross in the place of the image. to see weather the image is being
retrieved from the DB, i just copy and paste the URL of the image in the
browser and it works ( well just a check) . but i am really stuck here
and have a presentation tomorrow.
