Attachements for SMTP mail

Hi All

When adding an attachement to a mailmessage
it requires adding a system.object.
I've tried both files and system.object ,..

mailNew.Attachments.Add( MySystemObject)

but it fails with " Invalid Cast " every time.

Anybody...!?
