help about browser characteristics

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

i design web application using asp.net and display correctly in internet
explorer, but it doesn't display perfectly in other browser such as firefox
or netscape.
what i mean is size of font or size of textbox did not proportional.
how to fix the problems ?
