Kevin,
I am running latest updates of Norton and have not installed anything new as
far as I am aware. I have rebooted a few times today, and for some reason
on this last round, IIS stopped working. I thought that I should be seeing
ISAPI filters in the IIS properties page, but theres nothing...I install
this stuff and leave it so I cannot remember what should be where...grrrr
