ASP.NET process identity does not have read permissions to the global assembly cache.

Hello,
I'm running Windows Server 2000. .NET Framework 2.0 beta. I just
installed it and I've got errors in my event viewer.

Failed to execute the request because the ASP.NET process identity does
not have read permissions to the global assembly cache. Error:
0x80070005 Access is denied.

I tried to look at the permissions of C:\winnt\assembly and all I could
see was a Web Sharing tab. So I did a

cacls "%windir%\assembly" /G MachineName\ASPNET:F /T /E

No luck. Added ASPNET to Administrators, no luck.

Anyone have any insight?
