Because 'they' are disabled by default in VS.NET (called as advanced
members)
In VS.NET IDE
===========
Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> Basic -> General
Uncheck "Hide Advanced Members" under "Statement Completion" section. Then
just OK and you're set.
