Adding records to MS Access 97 Tables using ASP.net

Hello Experts

I am desperately trying to add to a table with only three fields one is an
Autonumber and the other two are text type for the last two days and now i am
shattered. I dont have any queries in the table. Please help me add the
records and would be highly obliged
