I have developed an assembly (dll) written in vb. The calling page (.aspx
file) is also in VB. I want to add some instructions for how to install it.

I have instructions ready for non-VS users, such as myself, what should
instructions be for VS users?

Some folks have stated calling page needs to converted to code-behind. Is
this true?
