Authentication doubt pls

Hi,friends
 i have a small asp.net project with only 3 .aspx pages.i want 2 pages
be accessable to every body so that i 've given the allow users=* in my
web.config file.

But i want that ,the third only be usuable to the user (Raghu).so i've
created a subdirectory(in my hard drive not in a virtual dir) & put that
particular page in it.

am i right here?

now pls,tell me how can i restrict that page to him only.
I have also tried the configuration settings tag separately for this
subdirectory.

* is it enough to have a single web.config file for a whole project &
this case.

* SUBDIRECTORY ->means have i to create a new vir dir..in side my
virtual dir.

am bit confused.Please clear me.
