I got this same error after My Office was upgraded to 2003. Web app worked
fine before, then first attempt to run again pops this error. I've tried
every suggestion in the book: gave ASPNET Full Control, gave NETWORK SERVICE
Full Control, upgraded my Framework to 1.1, downloaded the "switcher" and
made sure my application was using 1.1 framework, verified Web.config was
syntactically correct,
