Hi Jim,
I did check to see if another iexplore.exe process was running and found none. Also, as for the Spyware suggestion...nada. I make sure my dev and test systems are kept clean daily.
I get this behavior even with our using the "target=" tag. In most cases it happens after a "Response.Redirect()".
Any other suggestions?
