deploy issues part 2

I'm having some issues when i deployed my .net app to my Windows 2003 server
running IIS6.

I was getting just the control names of the aspx page, fixed that issue now
i'm getting another error:

Page cannot be displayed

you have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from
a directory that does not allow programs to be executed

HTTP: Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied

what is this error and how can i run my aspx.pages?
