Sure.

Use IBM's UDDI site, or HP's UDDI site. They are both java
implementations. We made tool interoperability a high bar in UDDI
implementations. For more information on best practices in design to
achieve interop, you might want to start at WS-I.org and understand the
basic profile. Something else to consider is tool quality and the level of
support for SOAP, WSDL, and XML standards vary widely in the Java tools
that you can download. One of the best ones, in my own opinion, is the
Systinet java tools. Other great java tools include BEA and IBM's
websphere tools.
