Hi,

you have to grant NETWORK SERVICE account read/write/modify access
rights on the folder where srcsafe.ini file is stored, and, to data,
temp and users subfolders too. I suppose that you grant such rights
to ASPNET user instead. Am'I right? Please keep in mind that ASP.NET
worker process is runnging under NETWORK SERVICE account in Windows
2003, whereas in Windows 2000 and XP the ASPNET account is used.
