navigator for database available?

I am new to VS8 and webprojects haveing used CBuilder6 for win apps. I do
not see any database "Navigator" dataset controls in the toolbox. If I
select "Show All" then I do see a lot of grayed out widgets. I guess I am
SOL.

So do I have to roll my own controls to implement next page, previous page,
jump to end of database, jump to beginning of database etc? It would be
nice if my datagridview showed only 20 rows that a "SELECT * from TABLE"
would only bother to show the first 20 rows.

Looking at the datagridview properties I see something named "Paging". OK -
now i see pages 1,2,3,.... etc at bottom of display. This is useable but it
would be nice to have a navigation control with tooltips for each button.
