Documentation not working in MIT

I downloaded the Mobile Internet Toolkit and I can't seem to get the help to
work.
The shortcut is...
"C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe"
/helpcol ms-help://ms.vscc
The help application comes up and shows my home page. The MIT help files
seem to be in the proper location.
Any help?
