for the first error means (Provider: Named Pipes Provider,error:40)

open Visual Studio 2005,click on View Menu to open Server Explorer

Right Click on Data Connections and choose Add Connection... option.

A dialog box of Add Connection will be open , write server name(to find
out server name right click on my computer, what ever name u find paste
those name on server name combo box and again write /SQLEXPRESS for eg:-
'hcl-3/SQLEXPRESS'), choose Use Windows Authentication and then select
or enter database name for eg:-'master'.

try this process hope ur will be solved
