I listed a number of MSDE front-ends some time ago on my web site
http://www.betav.com/Files/Content/tools/tools.htm but most of use working
with MSDE choose to plunk down the $38.65
(http://www.provantage.com/buy-7mcsb07t-sql-server-2000-developer-edition-w-1-license-microsoft-backoffice-e32-00001-shopping.htm)
for the SQL Server Developer Edition that has all the tools you'll need.
