Uhm.... I tried but it don't seem be good.
With the example code posted, after the 5th session-killing, i get a
loop with "Connecting... Exception: Timeout expired. The timeout
period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This
may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max
pool size was reached.". I waited 20 minutes, but nothing changed.....
.net framework 1.1, microsoft provider for oracle, oracle 9.2.
